Rodolfo F. Anaya is a seasoned executive in the mortgage and real estate finance industry with over four decades of leadership experience. Currently serving as President of Prime Home Loans Inc. in Dana Point, California, he directs the company’s strategic vision, oversees staffing and training of loan officers, and manages pricing and secondary marketing functions with investors.

His career began in the early 1980s as a Senior Loan Officer at Capital Mortgage Corporation, where he quickly distinguished himself as a top producer, funding more than 200 loans annually and mentoring new loan agents. He advanced to leadership roles at Funders Mortgage, where he spent nearly a decade as Vice President and Branch Manager, coordinating daily operations and conducting training seminars on FHA, VA, and Conventional financing.

From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Anaya served as Vice President and Secretary of Prime Home Loans, Inc., managing branch operations and personnel development while continuing to educate staff through specialized financing seminars. He then transitioned to Mylor Financial Group, Inc., where he spent six years as Vice President of Production, followed by a leadership role at Realty Mortgage dba Mylor Financial, strengthening the company’s visibility in the real estate industry through marketing and public relations initiatives.

Throughout his career, Mr. Anaya has been recognized for his ability to build strong teams, streamline operational systems, and expand company presence in competitive markets. His expertise spans loan origination, corporate operations, sales management, and investor relations.

Mr. Anaya holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills, an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Santa Monica College, and studied Business Economics at the Universidad de Administración in Montevideo, Uruguay. He is also a proud member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR).
